Reservation Policies
At Bella Notte Ristorante, we strive to provide all our guests with an exceptional dining experience. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate as many patrons as possible, we have established the following reservation policies:
- Advance Reservations: We highly recommend making reservations in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. Reservations can be made online through our website or by calling us directly.
- Large Parties: For parties of seven or more, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability and allow us to best accommodate your group. A special menu may be required for larger parties. Please inquire when booking.
- Confirmation: All online reservations will receive an email confirmation. Please review your confirmation carefully to ensure all details are correct. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us to verify your reservation.
- Modifications and Cancellations: We understand that plans may change. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled dining time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25 per person.
- No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation without prior notification will be considered a "no-show" and may be charged a cancellation fee of $25 per person. In addition, future reservations may be restricted.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive promptly at your scheduled reservation time. We will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes past your reservation time. After 15 minutes, we may release your table to other waiting guests.
- Dress Code: While we do not have a strict dress code, we encourage guests to dress in smart casual attire. We appreciate guests refraining from wearing excessively casual clothing, such as beachwear or athletic wear.
- Dietary Restrictions: We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Please inform us of any special dietary needs when making your reservation so that we can prepare accordingly.
- Special Occasions: If you are celebrating a special occasion, such as a birthday or anniversary, please let us know when booking your reservation. We will do our best to make your celebration memorable. We can arrange for special desserts, flowers, or other amenities to enhance your dining experience. Additional charges may apply.
- Children: Bella Notte Ristorante welcomes families with children. We offer a children's menu with kid-friendly options. Please specify the number of children in your party when making your reservation so that we can allocate appropriate seating.
- Gratuity: For parties of six or more, an 18% gratuity will be automatically added to your bill.
- Holiday Reservations: Reservations for major holidays, such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve, require a credit card guarantee. A special holiday menu may be offered at a fixed price. Specific cancellation policies may apply. Please inquire when booking.
- Private Events: Bella Notte Ristorante offers private dining options for special events, such as corporate gatherings, weddings, and family celebrations. Please contact our event coordinator, Marco Giuliani, at [email protected] to discuss your event requirements and availability.
- Valet Parking: Valet parking is available on Hanover Street, just steps from our restaurant. The valet service operates from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM on weekdays and from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM on weekends.
